Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a lifestyle creator based in New Jersey, sharing everything from beauty, wellness, and travel to the little moments that make everyday life special. As a full-time dentist, I love showing that you don't have to choose between building a career and building a life you love.
Whether I'm sharing my morning routine, a new beauty favorite, a travel adventure, or a day in my life, my goal is to create content that feels like you're catching up with a friend. I love celebrating the ordinary moments, trying new experiences, and encouraging others to build lives they're genuinely excited to wake up to.
I'm so happy you're here, and I hope my little corner of the internet leaves you feeling inspired to romanticize your everyday, step outside your comfort zone, and find joy in both the big milestones and the small moments.
I'm a first-generation college graduate and the first doctor in my family. My family is from the Dominican Republic, and I earned my bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Penn State before earning my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During dental school, I discovered two passions that completely changed my life outside of dentistry: content creation and salsa. They showed me that I didn't have to choose between building a career I love and building a life I love, too.

I love routines, trying new hobbies, and saying yes to experiences that push me outside my comfort zone.
I started sharing my life online years ago, and what began as a creative outlet has grown into a community that I genuinely love.
Whether I'm sharing my favorite beauty products, a day in my life, life as a dentist, wellness routines, or a new hobby I'm trying, my hope is that my page feels like a safe space—part inspiration, part encouragement, and part internet big sister.
